Delegates Capito and Garcia moved to amend the committee amendment on page 1, line 20 immediately following the word “follows:” by striking the remainder of the Resolution and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“To prevent any person, after January 1, 2025, from serving in the office of Secretary of State, Auditor, Treasurer, Commissioner of Agriculture, or Attorney General for more than three consecutive terms.”
